The system is broke. We need budget reform right now. 
The last legislative session increased state spending by 13% during a recession. Oregon taxpayers have to live on a budget. So should Oregon. Anne Marie will aggressively work to put state government on a responsible spending routine.
As your representative, Anne Marie will look for opportunities to:
- Promote meaningful and realistic government spending
- Review the relevancy of departments and regulations
- Prevent new taxes and fees
- Reduce and control the size of government and burdensome regulations
- Essential services should come first (roads, police, prisons, schools, roads, etc.) instead of politicians’ pet projects
